Key Qualifications & Experience:

Valid and current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Previous experience in a school or educational setting is highly valued Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and creating individualized treatment plans for speech and language disorders Strong communication and documentation skills for both students and multidisciplinary teams Ability to adapt and tailor therapy techniques to meet the needs of diverse learners Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting student progress
