Desired Skills and Experience:

Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license and eligibility to work in a school setting CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed Experience with pediatric populations and school-based speech therapy Strong foundation in conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and delivering targeted therapy Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families Excellent organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students onsite Conduct screenings, evaluations, and prepare treatment plans Support development of communication skills, including articulation, language, voice, and fluency Document all services and progress in accordance with school procedures Participate in team meetings and contribute to student IEP development Consult and collaborate with educators and caregivers to reinforce skills and strategies in the classroom This position enables you to immerse yourself in a community that values student development while enjoying a manageable caseload size.
