Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology (required) Valid SLP license for Vermont, or eligibility to obtain ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered Pediatric/elementary caseload experience is a plus School-based work background preferred Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct therapy to Pre K8th grade students onsite Caseload of approximately 40 students, supporting speech/language development and intervention Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents on IEPs and progress tracking Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state/federal regulations
