Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring related to a variety of speech and language disorders

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive speech-language services onsite to elementary students Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Employ evidence-based therapy approaches and track student progress Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and multidisciplinary teams Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress Maintain accurate and timely records in alignment with school policies Experience the difference you can make each day through personalized, student-centered care in a supportive environment.
