Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP licensure and certification (CCC or open to strong CFY candidates) Previous experience in elementary or school-based settings preferred Strong assessment skills and familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and data collection Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to elementary students Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans Support students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs, adapting interventions as necessary Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations Maintain thorough documentation, monitor student progress, and regularly report data Engage in ongoing collaboration with school teams to foster student success This role is ideal for those who value meaningful part-time work and an opportunity to utilize their skills in an elementary school environment.
