Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state SLP licensure (or ability to obtain) Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for helping students succeed academically and socially
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy to students in line with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain progress documentation Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support student growth Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight for student success Adapt services to meet the unique needs of a diverse student population
