Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid Washington Speech Language Pathologist license Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Experience working in school settings, especially with pediatric or early childhood populations, is highly valued Familiarity with teletherapy and healthcare-related SLP practices considered a plus New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to children ages 3-5, including those in developmental preschools Complete Child Find evaluations, collaborate in evaluation results meetings, and participate in IEP development and transition planning as needed Deliver itinerant services and potentially support Kindergarten transition students, depending on caseload needs Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to create effective, individualized interventions Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to all compliance guidelines
