Qualifications & Experience:
Active WA Speech Language Pathologist License Washington Educator Certification (ESA) ASHA Certification (CCC required) Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based populationsespecially ages 3-5 Competency with Child Find Evaluations, IEP planning, and developmentally appropriate interventions
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of elementary-age students (primarily 3-5 years old) Conduct comprehensive evaluations, lead evaluation results meetings, and develop/maintain IEPs (scheduling flexibility before/after student day) Deliver developmental preschool and itinerant services; support transition to kindergarten as needed Participate in Child Find Evaluations and collaborate with school teams
