Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for the 2026-2027 school year in Ashland, WI. This is an on-site, contract position within a school setting, offering a dynamic opportunity to work directly with students in an educational environment.
Qualifications:
Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working in school-based settings preferred Strong assessment and intervention skills in pediatric speech and language disorders Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapy services to support students' communication skills Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Communicate progress and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff
