Job Description

Work Schedule :
Days vary, Sunday
  • Saturday shifts available, between the hours of 8am
  • 5pm. Be part of something remarkable Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist to:
  • Provide consultative and developmentally appropriate habilitative and rehabilitative treatment services to complex pediatric patients (infant to adolescent) in the acute care, inpatient rehab, and NICU settings in the domains of swallow, speech, language and cognition
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based patient and family treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and discharge plans
  • Work within the context of patient

  • centered care in a primary and specialty care academic medical center

Education :
Minimum
  • Masters level degree in
Speech Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders Work Experience :
Minimum
  • Completion of Clinical Speech Language Pathology Fellowship Preferred
  • Experience in a medical setting as a
Speech Language Pathologist Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum
  • Wisconsin state license (or eligible) to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC
  • SLP)
