Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required Previous experience in a school environment preferred Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultation for students across multiple grade levels Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to address student needs and optimize communication outcomes Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing trainings as needed Adapt and modify therapy approaches to accommodate diverse student needs
