What Youll Need:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA CCCs or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Passion for supporting pediatric populations in a school-based setting Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Flexibility, empathy, and strong organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders among students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams Provide direct therapy services and maintain accurate and timely documentation Consult with teachers, staff, and families to maximize students educational outcomes Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed for optimal results Participate in IEP meetings, in-service trainings, and multidisciplinary team discussions
