Qualifications/Desired Experience Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Experience or willingness to work in a school-based setting Ability to obtain or provide appropriate supervision (supervision expenses can be covered for qualified candidates) Availability to work ASAP through the end of the school year, with potential for limited extended school year (ESY) duties Core Responsibilities Provide speech and language support to a caseload of approximately 55 students Complete and finalize IEPs as required Collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs and educational staff Adhere to a schedule of 7.5 hours daily (plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch), typically from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Be available 3-5 days on-site each week through June 5, with some summer hours possible Benefits/Perks Travel and relocation support to simplify your move Competitive compensation with non-taxable stipends Access to comprehensive healthcare, 401(k), and job security Ready to take your SLPA skills on the road and gain invaluable experience in a lively California region?
