Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP. Document therapy sessions and student/client progress accurately and promptly. Assist with preparing therapy materials and maintaining treatment records. Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members. Follow all California state regulations and professional standards for SLPA practice. Qualifications Active California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with pediatric clients is preferred but not required. Bilingual (Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Tagalog) is a plus but not required.
