•3:25 PM About the Position We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and pediatric-focused Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our pediatric speech therapy clinic in Rialto, California. The SLPA will have their own private therapy room, fully equipped with age-appropriate toys and therapy materials, and will manage their own caseload of pediatric clients. Responsibilities Provide individual speech and language therapy to pediatric clients. Provide evidence-based intervention addressing areas such as: Articulation and phonological disorders Expressive and receptive language Social/pragmatic language Other pediatric communication needs Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, daily notes Communicate with parents/caregivers regarding progress, home carryover activities, and recommendations. Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, licensing, and documentation requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly therapy environment. Participate in team meetings and other clinic activities as needed. TB Clearance from last 60 days CPR & First Aid from American Heart Association Experience working with children preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage an assigned caseload. Reliable attendance and professional communication. Commitment to providing compassionate, individualized, and family-centered care.
