MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM Some days may start at 6:00 AM2:30 PM depending on production needs and Overtime as well

$21/hr. Bilingual and Spanish Speakers encouraged to apply! Job Summary Arrow Staffing is seeking General Laborers for a fast-paced mattress manufacturing facility in Rialto, CA. This is a physically demanding position involving heavy lifting, loading/unloading materials, and assisting with the movement and production of mattresses throughout the facility. General Duties Lift and move mattresses weighing up to 50 lbs. anything heavier will require a team lift. Load and unload mattresses and mattress materials. Wrap mattresses in protective covers. Pull and stock materials in their designated locations. Pull materials and deliver them to the appropriate production department. Move mattresses from one production station to the next to assist machine operators. Assist with keeping materials and work areas organized. Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Follow all safety procedures and instructions. General Requirements Must be able to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift. MUST Have recent loading and unloading experience for the last 6 months Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
