Overview Aura's Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our dynamic team. In this rewarding role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to children in a clinic setting, helping them improve their communication skills and enhance their overall development and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement speech and language therapy interventions according to treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist. Provide individualized therapy to children with speech, language, voice, and fluency impairments in a clinic setting. Document therapy sessions, patient progress, and treatment outcomes accurately and promptly. Organize therapy materials and maintain treatment records in compliance with professional and organizational standards. Collaborate Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environment. Adhere to all applicable state regulations, ethical standards, and clinic policies.
