Job Description

Overview Aura's Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our dynamic team. In this rewarding role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to children in a clinic setting, helping them improve their communication skills and enhance their overall development and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement speech and language therapy interventions according to treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist. Provide individualized therapy to children with speech, language, voice, and fluency impairments in a clinic setting. Document therapy sessions, patient progress, and treatment outcomes accurately and promptly. Organize therapy materials and maintain treatment records in compliance with professional and organizational standards. Collaborate Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environment. Adhere to all applicable state regulations, ethical standards, and clinic policies. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic SLPA who is passionate about helping children reach their full communication potential while growing professionally within a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. •SLPA licence needed•
