Qualifications:
Current license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Previous experience supporting speech-language pathologists in a school setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Passion for supporting childrens speech and language development Competence in following treatment plans and tracking student progress
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized therapy plans as directed by the supervising SLP Work directly with students to enhance speech, language, and communication skills Prepare materials and assist with data collection for ongoing student assessment Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and sessions Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals Participate in team meetings and communicate student needs to supervising SLP This position offers the chance to work onsite with a dynamic team, utilizing your skills to positively influence students educational journeys.
