Provide speech and language therapy services to children birth to age 3 Develop, implement, and update Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) Act as a key advocate for children and families during initial assessments and ongoing services Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including developmental specialists, therapists, and social workers Support families with home-based programs and resources Participate in specialized child groups and team meetings Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation Qualified candidates will have: Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Valid driver's license and own transportation Excellent observation skills, with the ability to respond quickly in emergencies Physical ability to move swiftly, kneel, bend, and interact actively with children Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills to work with families and team members Why Join Us?
