What were looking for:

Current, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license in Massachusetts Experience providing therapy services in educational settings, preferably at the elementary and/or middle school levels Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple locations Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Commitment to student progress and ethical practice Key responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP, following individualized education plans (IEPs) Support students communication, articulation, and social language goals Document and maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and participation Communicate effectively with supervising SLP, teachers, and families Assist with evaluations and contribute to IEP meetings as needed This role places you at the heart of a vibrant, supportive school environment, surrounded by professionals and students eager for your guidance.
