This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who enjoy facilitating learning experiences and making a positive impact each day. In this position, youll serve as a VOCO Facilitator, working closely with a remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to help conduct effective virtual sessions. Your day will involve guiding students to and from their sessions, gathering and preparing necessary materials, and ensuring a smooth transition back to their classes. With support needed at just one to two sites, you can build strong connections and truly see the impact of your contribution.

Desired Qualifications:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a student-support capacity within schools is highly valued Comfort with technology and ability to assist students in virtual learning environments Effective communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities and a detail-oriented approach Collaborative spirit, eager to work as part of an educational team

Key Responsibilities:

Escort students to and from online speech sessions Facilitate seamless virtual interactions by preparing materials and assisting with technology Support the SLP and students during sessions, providing hands-on assistance as needed Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive atmosphere for all learners Collaborate with school staff to ensure students receive the support they need This contract position offers 30-35 hours per week, giving you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal commitments.
