Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in the school community as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant for a contract opportunity in a school setting near Anoka, MN. Use your expertise to support students' communication and academic success, collaborating with teachers, families, and administrators in a dynamic educational environment.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Active licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLPA (CCC, CFY, or Assistant level considered) Demonstrated experience in pediatric or school-based settings Familiarity with teletherapy tools and delivery (preferred but not required) Skills in developing and implementing individualized educational and therapeutic plans Strong documentation and organizational abilities Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students according to IEP goals Conduct assessments and evaluations of communication, speech, and language disorders Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans Maintain progress reports, accurate documentation, and required records Consult with educators and caregivers to facilitate carryover of skills and student progress Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team conferences, and professional development Deliver therapy services either in person or via teletherapy (as assigned) This contract role offers the chance to enhance your skills across traditional, teletherapy, and school-based therapy.
