Job Description

Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract position is available for two onsite Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to support elementary school caseloads in Anoka, MN, from February 17, 2026, through June 5, 2026. This role is critical in assisting speech-language pathologists to deliver effective services that support student communication development.
Location:
Anoka, Minnesota Schedule:
Monday through Friday 37.5 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to speech-language pathologists in school-based settings Assist with implementing speech and language treatment plans for elementary students Document student progress and maintain records per district guidelines Collaborate with school staff to support student communication goals
Qualifications:
Valid Minnesota SLPA license required at the time of application (pending licenses will not be considered) Previous experience as an SLPA in school settings preferred Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged students Strong organizational and communication skills This role offers an opportunity to positively impact student learning in a supportive school environment through effective speech-language support services.
