Job Description

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity making a meaningful difference in school-based speech and language services. This onsite, part-time position supports 2nd5th grade students within an ABA self-contained program, with occasional work in the preschool setting, offering rich variety in day-to-day responsibilities. Step into a supportive environment close to Salem, NH, collaborating with a dedicated school team. This role is designed for Speech-Language Pathology Assistants who are passionate about fostering student communication skills and experienced in educational settings.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Active New Hampshire SLPA license required Previous experience in school-based speech-language pathology support Comfortable working with both elementary and preschool populations Experience with ABA self-contained programs highly valued Must complete district fingerprinting before start Ready for flexible engagement across a variety of student needs
Core Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language support to students in 2nd5th grade, onsite, three days each week Adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs of elementary and preschool students Collaborate closely with supervising SLP, educational staff, and special education professionals Document sessions and progress following school and program guidelines Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in every interaction
Position Details:
Part-time, contract position 21 hours per week, MondayFriday (three days per week onsite) Immediate start through June 17, 2027 Serve students in-person within a welcoming school community Interviews for this role will be conducted via Zoom.
