Duties Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering speech therapy interventions tailored to individual client needs. Support children and students during therapy sessions, fostering a positive and engaging environment. Prepare therapy materials and document progress Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for pediatric patients across settings such as schools and hospitals. Help implement early intervention strategies to promote developmental milestones in young children. Maintain detailed records of therapy activities, client responses, and treatment outcomes following medical terminology and anatomy guidelines. Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and plan future interventions. Qualifications Proven experience working with children or students in educational or healthcare settings.
