Job Description

This full-time contract opportunity, located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, offers the chance to collaborate with teams dedicated to fostering student development in a school-based environment. Multiple positions are available, making it the perfect setting to share knowledge, learn from peers, and make a genuine impact.
Key Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Texas Experience or clinical placement working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred Strong ability to collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists and educational staff Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills Familiarity with implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) a plus Commitment to supporting diverse student needs with professionalism and compassion
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Carry out treatment plans targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication Document student progress and maintain accurate records aligned with school and district protocols Assist in screening, assessment, and data collection as guided by supervising SLPs Support families and staff by providing tools for carryover and educational collaboration Engage with students across a range of abilities and grade levels in the K-12 setting By joining this supportive school community on a full-time contract (37.5 hours weekly), you will play a vital role in empowering students to reach their academic and social potential.
