$32-$35/hour Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Quality Control Technician with a strong background in Sterile Processing . This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, cleanliness, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments while maintaining compliance with

ANSI/AAMI

standards and infection control guidelines. Responsibilities Inspect surgical instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and damage Assemble, package, and sterilize instrument trays Perform decontamination and reprocessing of surgical instruments Operate sterilizers, washer disinfectors, and related equipment Maintain sterilization records, instrument tracking, and inventory Identify and document damaged or missing instruments Follow

ANSI/AAMI

standards, IFUs, and established SOPs Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous process improvement Qualifications 2+ years of Sterile Processing experience Current CRCST or CIS Certification required High School Diploma or equivalent Strong knowledge of sterilization procedures, infection control, and surgical instruments Experience working with autoclaves and washer disinfectors Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Previous Quality Control experience in Sterile Processing Work Environment Fast-paced sterile processing department Standing for extended periods PPE required Exposure to biohazardous materials following safety protocols Apply today for immediate consideration.
