$32.88/hour Pay package discussed upon application Weekly direct deposit pay schedule Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time, licensure/certification/travel reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team throughout your assignment What You'll Do Decontaminate surgical instruments, scopes, and equipment Perform sterilization processes including sterilad and steam methods Handle high-level disinfection (HLD) and scope processing Maintain sterile storage and inventory control Act as OR liaison, facilitating communication and equipment needs Use Censitrac tracking system to monitor cases and equipment Move case carts, prepare case needs for upcoming surgeries Assist with OR calls and support daily surgical procedures

What You Need Certification:

CBSPD or CRCST through HSPA (formerly IAHCSMM) preferred Experience in all areas of sterile processing including decontamination and sterilization Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work on a day 4x10-hour shift schedule Reside outside a 50-mile radius of Columbus, OH About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a leading hospital in Columbus, Ohio, providing sterile processing services for surgical needs.
