Sterilization Technician -
Dental Office Job Type:
Full-time We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our friendly dental team. This position is essential to keeping our office clean, organized, and running efficiently while providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and package dental instruments Set up and break down treatment rooms Prepare and organize procedure trays Maintain sterilization equipment and records Stock operatories and clinical supplies Keep the sterilization area clean and organized Follow OSHA, CDC, and office infection control protocols Assist the dental team with other clinical support duties as needed Qualifications Previous experience working in a dental office is preferred. Experience with instrument sterilization and infection control is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills. Benefits Competitive pay based on experience.
