The ideal candidate will support periodontal and surgical procedures, ensuring optimal patient care and maintaining a sterile environment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, equipment, and infection control practices, along with experience in patient management and dental radiography. Prior experience in a periodontal setting is preferred, with 1-2 years of relevant dental experience being ideal. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting our clinicians during complex procedures while providing compassionate care to our patients. Responsibilities Assist the dental team during periodontal and surgical procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterile. Perform dental x-rays accurately and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain strict sterilization procedures for all dental equipment and instruments to prevent healthcare-associated infections. Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and ensuring patient comfort throughout visits. Manage patient information using dental patient management software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Implement infection prevention measures in accordance with healthcare standards to promote a safe clinical environment.
