Lead Dental Assistant - Private Practice

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, detail-oriented Lead Dental Assistant to join our growing private practice team.

This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in creating structure, maintaining high clinical standards, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:

• Chairside clinical assisting
  
• Managing inventory, supplies, and ordering
  
• OSHA compliance and infection control oversight
  
• Equipment maintenance coordination
  
• Treatment room organization and clinical systems management
  
• Ensuring office protocols and procedures are followed
  
• Training, supporting, and helping lead the clinical team
  
• Maintaining efficiency, cleanliness, and operational excellence
  
• Assisting with scheduling coordination and day-to-day clinical flow

Qualifications:

• Previous dental assisting experience required
  
• Lead dental assistant experience preferred
