Combination of two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts weekly Only one weekend every four weeks Limited holiday commitment: One Spring/Summer holiday One Fall/Winter holiday Trauma call approximately once per month What You'll Do As a Surgical Technologist, you will be an essential member of the operating room team, helping to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical care.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and maintaining sterile fields Handling surgical instruments and specialized equipment Supporting surgeons, nurses, and the surgical team throughout procedures Maintaining strict adherence to aseptic technique and patient safety standards Participating in ongoing clinical education and professional development Working collaboratively as part of a high-performing surgical team Contributing to quality improvement and patient care excellence initiatives

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology Program BCLS certification Additional Requirement for
