1 Description American Traveler seeks a Surgical Technologist with at least 2 years of Level 1 trauma experience for a hospital Operating Room position. Details Hospital Operating Room setting within a high-acuity, inner-city Level 1 trauma center handling complex and challenging cases 10-hour day shifts from 6:45am to 5:15pm with a firm schedule 4 shifts per week, including required weekend coverage of 4 shifts per month Holiday coverage required No block scheduling available Requirements Minimum 2 years of strong overall Level 1 trauma experience, clearly reflected in work history Strong ratings required on skills checklist matching the specialty Experience in high-volume hospitals managing diverse and severe trauma cases Proven success working in high-pressure, large-scale trauma environments License required if applicable Additional Information Candidates should have a background managing critical, fast-paced surgical situations Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
