We are seeking a Surgical Technologist to provide direct and indirect surgical care, assisting surgeons during operative procedures across various specialties.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and setting up sterile fields, instruments, equipment, and supplies efficiently and accurately. Scrubbing on procedures from simple to complex, adapting to surgeon preferences, and maintaining readiness for routine and emergency cases. Anticipating intraoperative needs, managing unexpected events, and providing timely interventions. Mentoring and precepting staff and students, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring effective communication. Participating in quality improvement and safe patient care practices, including on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications include:

Associate's degree or Surgical Technology certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days. Open to new graduates.
