Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our dynamic surgical team. In this vital role, you will assist in the preparation and management of surgical procedures across various specialties, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, infection control, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in surgical assistance, including trauma, cardiovascular, neurosurgery, orthopedics, pediatrics, and endoscopy. Your expertise will directly contribute to successful patient outcomes in a fast-paced hospital environment or ambulatory surgery center.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms by sterilizing and arranging surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies according to aseptic techniques Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, suturing wounds, and managing surgical tools Monitor patient vital signs and physiological responses throughout surgeries to ensure stability Maintain accurate medical records and document procedures using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention protocols and hospital policies for sterile technique Assist with the treatment of fractures, trauma care, and complex surgeries including cardiovascular and neurosurgery cases Operate medical equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring proper sterilization and maintenance Support preoperative and postoperative patient care by preparing patients for surgery and assisting with recovery processes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes in critical care settings such as ICU or PICU Participate in ongoing training on new surgical techniques, equipment operation, and healthcare regulations

Must Have:

Experience on DaVinci robot. Must have experience in C-Sections. Must be able to float to appropriate units as needed.

$2,330.00 - $2,370.00 per week
