Schedule:

0700-1730 on

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday On-call:

2 nights per week and every other weekend Holidays as needed (no RTO during major holidays or local school breaks)

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Previous experience as a CVOR Tech or in perioperative nursing Current NBSTSA certification required BLS certification from the American Heart Association Strong communication skills with the ability to work cohesively in a high-acuity setting Proficiency in supporting cardiovascular surgical procedures Commitment to compliance with facility policies, including holiday staffing expectations

Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons and the operating room team in all phases of cardiac and vascular surgical procedures Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique Support and anticipate the needs of the surgical team, ensuring patient safety Prepare and manage surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment Facilitate a collaborative and positive work environment
