Eureka, California An established women's health practice in Eureka, California is seeking an experienced Part-Time OB/GYN Sonographer / Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sonographer looking for a consistent part-time or full time schedule in a professional, patient-focused environment. Position Responsibilities Perform obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations Perform first, second, and third trimester OB imaging Perform transabdominal and transvaginal pelvic ultrasounds Obtain accurate measurements and high-quality diagnostic images Recognize and appropriately document abnormal or concerning findings Prepare studies for physician interpretation Maintain accurate ultrasound documentation Provide patients with a compassionate, professional, and reassuring experience Work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff Qualifications ARDMS certification in OB/GYN (RDMS) strongly preferred Graduate of an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program preferred Previous OB/GYN ultrasound experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of fetal and pelvic anatomy Excellent technical, communication, and patient-care skills Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently
