Qualifications and Experience:
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent accreditation Proven experience as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer, including general ultrasound imaging Proficiency with imaging protocols and safety standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality images Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare staff Flexibility and adaptability to work in a contract position Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred

Contract-based assignment; schedule details to be provided during the interview process
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform general ultrasound examinations on patients as ordered by providers Operate ultrasound equipment and capture images with accuracy and efficiency Explain procedures to patients and address any questions or concerns Maintain patient comfort and privacy throughout examinations Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals, ensuring timely communication of results Document findings according to facility standards and maintain accurate patient records Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any issues promptly
