Degree in Radiologic Technology, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification, and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity focuses on diagnostic ultrasound imaging within a clinical environment. Candidates will perform a variety of sonographic procedures to aid in patient assessment and diagnosis while ensuring accuracy and optimal image quality. The assignment is 13 weeks, offering stability in a dynamic care setting.

Schedule/Hours:

Choice of 5 shifts of 8 hours (7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.) Option for 4 shifts of 10 hours, with Wednesdays off, starting at either 6:00 or 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications:

Current BLS certification required Active ARDMS credential Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer Proficiency in general ultrasound imaging techniques Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of general ultrasound procedures according to physician orders Operate advanced sonography equipment and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols Accurately document patient history, clinical findings, and image data in the electronic medical record Communicate effectively with physicians and nursing staff to ensure coordinated patient care Provide compassionate assistance to patients throughout the examination process Maintain cleanliness and readiness of equipment, as well as supplies necessary for daily operations
