3 Days per Week) Perinatal Medical Group is seeking an experienced Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Ultrasound Sonographer to join our growing practice. We are looking for a highly skilled, compassionate, and team-oriented sonographer who is committed to providing exceptional patient care and producing high-quality diagnostic imaging. Position Summary Under the supervision of our Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians, the sonographer will perform comprehensive diagnostic obstetric ultrasound examinations while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, professionalism, and clinical excellence. Essential Responsibilities Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with established departmental protocols and physician guidelines. Produce accurate, comprehensive imaging studies to assist physicians in diagnosis and patient management. Prepare complete examination reports and effectively communicate clinical findings and technical observations to the interpreting physician. Perform advanced MFM ultrasound examinations, including: First trimester screening for chromosomal abnormalities Nuchal translucency examinations Comprehensive fetal anatomy surveys Growth ultrasounds Biophysical Profiles (BPP) Transvaginal cervical length assessments Umbilical artery, middle cerebral artery (MCA), umbilical vein, and ductus venosus Doppler studies Twin gestation surveillance, including Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome (TTTS) evaluations Fetal growth restriction surveillance and other high-risk obstetrical imaging Maintain a high standard of medical ethics, professionalism, and patient confidentiality. Stay current with advances in maternal-fetal medicine, ultrasound technology, and evolving clinical practices through continuing education. Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive patient experience. Work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and administrative staff. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with OB/GYN certification required. Minimum 3-5 years of Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) ultrasound experience. Proficient in the use of ultrasound equipment, transducers, electronic medical records (EMR), and computer systems. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Schedule Full-Time opportunities available. PRN applicants must be available to work a minimum of three (3) days per week.
