The Opportunity We're looking for a Veterinarian who wants to join a strong team and build a long-term career with NVC. Depending on your experience, interests, and goals, this opportunity can be tailored as an Associate Veterinarian, Lead Veterinarian, or potential Partnership opportunity. As an Associate DVM, you'll receive the support and mentorship needed to continue developing your clinical skills. As a Lead DVM, you'll have the opportunity to help shape hospital culture, mentor team members, and contribute to the continued success of the practice. For the right veterinarian, we are also open to exploring a long-term partnership or equity opportunity. Leadership experience is welcomed but not required. We're interested in veterinarians who demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication skills, collaboration, and a genuine desire to make a difference. What We're Looking For DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary school Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas Companion animal clinical experience Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based veterinary medicine Strong client communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented and collaborative approach Comfortable with general surgery and dentistry, or motivated to develop these skills Commitment to continued learning and professional development Compensation & Benefits Compensation is competitive and based on experience, skills, and the opportunity.
