Job Description
Come work with clients who value the relationship with their veterinarian and are motivated to provide the best care for their pets. We offer predictable scheduling with a culture of positive support and sustainable pacing. No late nights and no rushed, double-booked appointments. Local emergency clinics handle after-hours care, and specialty centers are 1-2 hours away. Our diverse caseload covers wellness, internal medicine, surgery, and a high volume of COHATs, with a strong emphasis on multimodal pain management. Our skilled technicians expertly manage anesthesia and critical care cases, while assistants take charge of client education, in-exam diagnostics, and administrative flow to keep your day on track. All staff have a deep emotional commitment to our patients and are trained in low-stress handling. We are soon to be AAHA accredited in End-of-Life Care. You would work alongside a DACVIM (Canine & Feline) and a DVM with certifications in pain management, acupuncture, and herbal medicine. We use AI-assisted medical records with an easy-to-use, web-based PIMS, along with dependable staff support to keep your callbacks manageable. Our employment contracts are designed around mutual respect- focusing on you, not shareholders. We offer healthy compensation in a collaborative, positive, and supportive environment. Full- and part-time positions are considered. If you are ready for a change, or are just starting your career, we would love to talk to you.
