Heavy Equipment Operator (Residential)

The optimal heavy equipment operator has 3 - 5 years' experience with bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and skidsteers. The ideal candidate can read excavation plans (blueprints), follow instructions, and has some mechanical and problem-solving skills. A current CDL-A driver's license is required for these positions. Herrington Excavating is a 50-year-old locally owned business in Rockford, MI. We believe that safety, teamwork, and dedication are required to provide the highest quality excavating in all three areas of residential, commercial, and directional drilling.
