Heavy Equipment Operator/Laborer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating various types of equipment associated with a Aggregate plant operations. Previous experience with Loaders, Excavators, Dozers required.

Duties:

• Operate and maintain a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, off road haul trucks, loaders, skid steers, excavators, water trucks and various Caterpillar machinery
• Properly follow MSHA safety procedures and protocols
• Perform daily pre shift inspections of assigned equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Must follow a reliable, dependable and consistent attendance schedule
• Follow instructions from supervisors for daily and specific tasks
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist with other duties when assigned or asked

Experience:

• Must have previous experience operating heavy equipment
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Ability to follow through and have attention to detail
