We are a respected builder specializing in architecturally designed custom homes and high-end residential construction. Our team is seeking craftsmen and carpenters who care about quality, teamwork, and continuous learning. This position offers the opportunity to work on both framing and finish carpentry projects, giving team members exposure to all phases of custom home construction. We are open to a wide range of experience levels — from motivated individuals looking to learn the trade to experienced carpenters seeking long-term, meaningful work. Compensation is based on skill level, experience, craftsmanship, and leadership ability.

Job Duties:
