Home Care Aide / Caregiver ***PART TIME***1 Year Experience***

Home Care Aide Seeking a RELIABLE, compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join our team! We are dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care to our senior clients. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, in accordance with individualized care plans. Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities. Accurately document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisory staff. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience as a Home Care Aide or in a similar caregiving role. Must meet all requirements set forth by the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) for Home Care Aides. This includes, but is not limited to, registration with the Home Care Aide Registry. Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check. Successful completion of a TB test. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and reliable. Ability to work independently while adhering to established care plans and protocols. Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed (within safe limits).
