Landscape Laborer

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our landscape maintenance team at a growing ranch in Santa Ynez. This full-time role focuses on the upkeep and improvement of our grounds through landscaping, irrigation management, and tree care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, weeding, and pruning Install and monitor irrigation systems to ensure proper function and water efficiency Monitor and support tree health through proper pruning, watering, and disease observation Maintain clean, healthy garden beds and open spaces Participate in landscape installation projects including planting and soil preparation Collaborate with team members to accomplish shared goals safely and efficiently

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and legal eligibility to work in the U.S. Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to work weekends and occasional overtime as needed Pass a drug screening and background check Experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred, but not required
