Multiple Positions 1.

Marketer Responsibilities:

Recruit patients and Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Home Health Aide (HHA) candidates Build and maintain relationships within the community Promote agency services to potential clients and caregivers

Qualifications:

Strong communication and networking skills Ability to work independently and meet outreach goals Cantonese and Mandarin speaking preferred Korean speaking is a plus

Compensation:

Payment structure will be discussed during the interview 2.

Intake Coordinator Responsibilities:

Handle new patient intake process from start to finish Coordinate services and ensure all required documentation is completed and collected Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers Verify eligibility and services

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in home care or healthcare setting preferred Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Cantonese and Mandarin speaking preferred Spanish speaking preferred Korean speaking is a plus 3.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

Support the Intake Coordinator with daily tasks Track and manage patient authorizations Assist patients with inquiries and general needs Answer phones and provide front desk support

Qualifications:

Friendly and professional demeanor Strong administrative and multitasking skills Experience in healthcare or office setting preferred Cantonese and Mandarin speaking preferred Korean speaking is a plus 4.

HHA/PCA Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed Perform light housekeeping duties Remind clients to take medications Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors/nurses Assist with errands, shopping, and appointments Maintain client safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality Follow individualized care plans and agency policies Document daily activities and care provided Qualifications High school diploma or GED Valid HHA or PCA certification Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow instructions

$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
