Home Care Staffing Coordinator / Recruitment Specialist

Role:

We are an independent, privately owned home care agency dedicated to helping seniors live safely in the comfort of their own home. As a growing company, we are looking for a candidate who can effectively fulfill a dual role of helping expand our client base and recruit exceptional caregivers. This is a full time Monday-Friday position with the occasional need for on-call coverage. Salary/Commission In this position, you will partner with the operations manager to find and hire the right staff and also help bring in new clients through marketing and community outreach.

Caregiver Recruitment and Hiring:

Work with office staff to understand hiring needs and find candidates for current and future openings. Create and post job advertisements using job boards, social media, and referrals to find potential hires. Screen and interview candidates to check their skills and availability. Share candidate information with hiring managers and help schedule interviews.

Client Development and Marketing:

• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities, physicians' offices, and social workers.
• Represent the agency at network events and community functions.
• Create promotional flyers including brochures, newsletters and advertisements.
• Manage social media, website updates, and email campaigns to attract new clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, recruiting, sales, healthcare or community outreach preferred.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Strong listening skills, compassion, self-motivation, and visionary thinking
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
