Overview Join the Team at Oak Valley Golf Club! Golf Shop & Outside Services Assistant Oak Valley Golf Club is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Golf Shop & Outside Services Assistant . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a fast-paced golf operation. Responsibilities Welcome and assist golfers with a friendly, professional attitude Check in golfers and process tee times in the golf shop Handle merchandise sales and answer customer questions Set up and maintain the driving range Clean, stage, and store golf carts Assist golfers with bags and equipment Keep the golf shop, cart barn, and practice areas clean and organized Support daily golf operations and special events as needed Qualifications Prior golf course or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Golf knowledge is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time opportunities Golf privileges and employee discounts A fun, team-oriented work environment at one of the Inland Empire's premier golf facilities If you're passionate about golf and enjoy creating a great experience for guests, we'd love to hear from you!
